Remaining Balances
Remaining balances must be paid 30 days prior to the reservation date and will be automatically charged to the card on file. To acknowledge acceptance of these terms, please reply to this email. All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to info@goldclasslimo.com.

Overtime Rates:
A 10‑minute grace period is allowed. All overtime will be charged to the card on file used for booking. Overtime is billed by the hour and is not prorated per minute. The card on file may be pre‑authorized prior to the event date; any overtime or damage charges will be finalized after vehicle inspection. If no overtime or damages occur, refunds will be processed within 3–4 business days.

In the event we have another engagement after your service, Gold Class Limo LLC cannot guarantee availability beyond your contracted time block. We reserve the right to conclude services once the contractual time has expired. To avoid delays, please book additional time in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

Cardholder Acceptance: I have read and reviewed the contract. I accept all Gold Class Limo LLC terms and conditions, and I understand that the deposit is non‑refundable.

Payment Acceptance:
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Zelle. All vehicles are monitored with GPS tracking.

Traffic Congestion: Gold Class Limo LLC shall not be held liable for delays caused by traffic, roadblocks, alternate routes, passenger misdirection, or inclement weather. Credits will not be issued for traffic delays; please allow extra travel time or select a longer package if needed. All stops and addresses must be provided in advance, as Gold Class Limo LLC is not responsible for time lost mapping new addresses or locating landmarks. Customers are responsible for paying any tolls incurred during travel.

Weather Policy: Gold Class Limo LLC reserves the right to suspend service in the event of inclement weather that could jeopardize safety. In such cases, customers may reschedule for a future rain or snow date, and all deposits will be held and applied to the rescheduled service.

Smoking/Alcohol Policy: All Gold Class Limo LLC vehicles are non‑smoking. A $350 charge per occurrence will apply. If needed, the driver may pull over to allow passengers to smoke outside the limousine. Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service without refund. Alcohol consumption is not permitted if any passenger on board is under the age of 21; in such cases, alcohol must not be present, or services may be terminated. In the event of illness, a minimum $350 cleanup fee will apply for steam cleaning and detailing of all bodily fluids.

Passenger Count: Chauffeurs will not operate any vehicle with more passengers than it is rated to accommodate. Please ensure the vehicle you are renting is appropriate for your passenger count.
