                  All overtime charges will be billed to the same credit card utilized for booking. Overtime is charged by the same hourly not prorated per minute and will be charged same rate As per signed contract per hour rates at the time of booking. If you believe you require additional time, we encourage you to make an advance reservation, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs. .

                  PAYMENT ACCEPTANCE

                  TRAFFIC CONGESTION

                  It is acknowledged and accepted that Gold Class Limo will not be held accountable for any traffic delays. Kindly be mindful of your schedule when making a reservation, or opt for a longer package. All stops and addresses must be specified in your contract. Gold Class Limo cannot be held accountable for any time wasted in locating new addresses or searching for landmarks. Please provide all addresses ahead of time to guarantee accurate mapping and routing. Additionally, please note that any tolls incurred during the journey will be the customer's responsibility.

                  WEATHER GUIDELINES Guidelines

                  Gold Class Limo retains the right to suspend services in the event of inclement weather. In such cases, customers will have the option to select a rain or snow date for a future appointment. All deposits will be held for this future date; however, please notify us in advance so we can assist you with the rescheduling process. .

                  VEHICLE DAMAGE POLICY

                  Gold Class Limo retains the authority to terminate service without issuing a refund if clients exhibit disorderly or violent behavior. Furthermore, Gold Class Limo is entitled to commence legal collection actions for any unpaid service or damage fees that remain outstanding 10 to 15 days after the service date and will charge for all attorney fees, collection costs, and court expenses incurred.

                  SMOKING AND ALCOHOL POLICY

                  Our vehicles are smoke-free. A fee ranging from $300 to $450 will be charged for each violation. The presence of alcohol in our vehicle is prohibited if any passenger onboard is under 21 years old; in such cases, alcohol must not be brought on board, or services may be discontinued. Additionally, if there is any illness, a minimum cleanup fee ranging from $300 to $450 will be charged for steam cleaning and detailing to address any bodily fluids.

                  NUMBER OF PASSENGERS

                  A chauffeur will not drive a vehicle that exceeds its intended passenger capacity. Please make sure the rental vehicle can comfortably seat the number of passengers in your group .

                  GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

                  In the event that a vehicle becomes inoperable while en route to your service, we will provide a similar replacement at no additional cost to you. It is understood that no individual will overload any contracted vehicle beyond its passenger capacity. Furthermore, all passengers are expected to exit the vehicle in an orderly manner and ensure they have gathered all personal belongings.
